Shipping policy

Bluebird Lacquer ships to the U.S. for the lowest rates possible. We ship to Canada for a flat rate of $15.00.

Processing is anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. Pre-sales will be noted in the description. Any product purchased during a pre-sale will also ship at the noted ship date for the pre-sale.

IMPORTANT! During sales please expect a delay in shipping times. Allow 2 - 3 weeks to process your order. All orders are shipped in batches and the shipping notification may be off by a few days.

Please note, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered. However, if your item was damaged during shipping I will happily replace it after it has been returned to me.

Domestic (within the U.S.) shipping can take anywhere from 3 days to a month to arrive at its destination once the order has been given to the post office. Shipping to Canada can take anywhere from ten days to 3 months. If your order does not arrive within that time frame please contact me. If the order has been scanned received by the USPS and gets lost in transit it will not be replaced.
